In the xml code there is a key set to true: RunAtLoad To clean up the installer files: Go to Finder > Google Chrome > Downloads and drag googlechrome.dmg to the trash.

In the first one ( .plist) there is a setting that tells it to launch. To install: Download Chrome for Mac, launch googlechrome.dmg, and drag the Chrome icon to the Applications folder.
